We are firm believers in parental involvement and constantly encourage strong parent partnership between parents and the school. We pride ourselves in the incorporation of many parent involvement initiatives and practices, which have also been highlighted in MCYS handbook. Examples of our parental involvement initiatives include our parent teacher conference, parents feedback session, parents as testers programme, parents committees which help organize various activities and excursion for the school and children etc. We encourage parents to be as involved in their children’s education, so that together, we might foster and nurture a holistic education for our children.
 
 


Parent Teacher Conference (PTC)
Our teachers will meet the parents individually on the progress of their child on a regular basis. The child's portfolio on the child's achievements and work over the term shall be given to the parents.

Parents Committee
The Parents committee gathers every quarter to brainstorm improvements, initiatives, programmes and activities for the centre with the Management and some senior staff. We welcome parents to join us in this committee.

Parents-As-Trainers (PAT)
Parents play an important role for continuous education beyond the classroom. Readily prepared assessment papers are available for parents to reiterate their child's learning. This will give parents yet another assurance that their child understands what was delivered in class.

Family Service Corner (FSC)
FSC is set up in every Cherie Hearts Branch with family related resources like reference books, VCDs and magazines for the parents.
